Account Book

Here are two pages from Aunt Mame’s account book from William H. Bopp’s grocery store in Williamstown. It shows what she bought for the Craven household during the third week of January in the year 1938.

I find these little peeks into everyday life very interesting.

Update: Dad said they used to call this the “tick book.” They would go to the store and tick whatever they needed.
