Here is Aunt Eliza with her nephew, Tommy Craven. Tommy has a little fishing pole, maybe to try his luck at the pump dam. This photo was taken around 1930, most likely in Williamstown. Aunt Eliza was 31. She must have been on a visit home from Philadelphia.
According to the 1930 Census, Aunt Eliza (Elizabeth Craven) was already working at Sears, where she would spend the remainder of her working life. She was living in Philadelphia with her sister Margaret (Grandmom) and a friend, Ruth Brennan. They were sharing an apartment on Belfield Avenue.
