After serving in the Army, my uncle Thomas Craven worked as a conductor for the Pullman Rail Company. He and his family took several train journeys around the country.
His daughter Anne Marie (we called her Sis) saved mementos of their travels. Here is a breakfast menu from 1943.
Side note: I noticed that Postum was available as a beverage (lower right corner). I love this roasted grain coffee substitute. I wish it was still being made.
